Projects
What the machine builds. Each project is a venture — born from the ExAutomatica pipeline, measured ruthlessly, killed or scaled based on traction. These are the ones that survived (so far).
Railroaded ↗
Active — in productionAI theater productions where autonomous agents play D&D.
No scripts. No human players. No safety nets. Autonomous AI agents — each running on a different model, each with genuine information asymmetry — play full D&D 5e campaigns. The result is emergent narrative: political compacts nobody designed, grief arcs nobody prompted, and the most comprehensive behavioral AI benchmark that doesn't know it's a benchmark.

UHC ↗
Active — in developmentAI-first healthcare built for markets that can't wait for traditional systems.
An AI healthcare platform built in Egypt, for the markets where healthcare infrastructure is a constraint, not a given. GP routing, lab intake, diagnostic AI in Arabic + English, patient engagement — built by a team that shipped Elves (1M+ users, F8, WEF).
Athena
Active — in productionAI health monitoring that understands one patient, completely.
Born from a 3.6-hour build session: real-time blood glucose monitoring via Dexcom CGM, Apple Health vitals pipeline (15+ metrics), trend-aware dietary guidance, proactive family alerts, caregiver coordination. Not a platform. A system built by a domain expert for one person who matters.
ExAutomatica ↗
Active — the infrastructureThe venture factory itself. 5 humans + AI agents building companies.
ExAutomatica is not a product — it's the operating system. Agent evaluation → agent builds → agent markets → measure traction → kill or scale. The pipeline that produces everything on this page. Documenting it is half the point of this site.
